All went well except for an item left behind which was not a big deal for me to go back and get. However, perhaps it could be policy to have the lead mover do a walk through at the end to make sure nothing was missed. Other than that your employees are top notch and extremely polite and courteous. If they are due a raise or bonus please give it to them. From what I saw they earn it on a daily basis.

Overall service was good. I was a little disappointed that truck arrived 15 minutes late. Both guys were great besides that.

The guys were so great to work with and were so calm during the whole move. (New York City moves are never easy!) Next day delivery worked perfectly for me!
