I wanted to let you know that the furniture was delivered to Alexandra in Boston today and all is well. I am sorry to hear about the truck break down but glad you all were able to fix it. I also wanted to let you know that the moving men were so very wonderful to Alex. They were helpful and kind and supportive. Apparently, one of her roommates that she has never met before was being horrible and these two men gave my Alex tender care and support. Thank you so very much for everything.

I am sending a quick note to compliment the team that performed our move. The guys were all incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the process. It made our move much easier and stress free than it otherwise would have been – they were really fantastic. They did unfortunately receive two parking tickets in NYC during our move in, which we are perfectly happy to pay. It was difficult situation with very suboptimal parking conditions, and they did the best they could – certainly not their fault at all.

The move went very well. The movers were on time and the crew loading the truck were professional and efficient. All of you were very pleasant and cooperative with some extra requests, so thank you very much. I would be glad to recommend your company to other customers.
