He asks thoughtful questions (made sure we had our vacuum and our coats before boxing up the closet) and is efficient, personable and a hard worker. As you have probably heard, we had an unexpected issue with the house we planned to move into in NY, which necessitated a scramble under extreme time pressure to find an alternative house. We really cannot thank you all enough and extend our sincere apologies for the hardship to the guys and their families caused by the unplanned extended trip to NY.
