When is the best time to move?
Summer is our busiest time of year, likely due to the favorable weather conditions. Typically, we enter an off-season in the winter, but when you choose our expert team of movers, even winter moves are safe and easy!

Who should I inform that I am moving?
When you move, you have a lot of people you want to tell - family, friends, coworkers, and community members are on that list! What does "travel time" mean?
Travel time is the time it takes your movers to get to you from the warehouse, plus the time it takes them to get back to the warehouse from the move site.
Do you have a minimum number of hours allotted for a move?
When you hire us, we do have a two-hour minimum plus one-hour travel time minimum for any move.
Am I insured during my move?
Yes! We offer basic valuation protection - which means your items are covered at 60 cents per pound - free of charge. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, we also offer full valuation protection and depreciated value insurance.
